We deliver to selected areas across Melbourne Metro, including Werribee, Frankston, Mernda, and surrounding suburbs. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and external factors once your order has left our facility. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eggs are naturally fragile, and we take great care to ensure all orders are carefully packed and quality-checked prior to dispatch.
Because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for damage that occurs after delivery. Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.
If your order arrives with significant damage that appears to have occurred during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. To help us assess the claim, we’ll require clear photos of:
- The damaged items
- The internal packaging
- The external shipping carton
Claims submitted outside this timeframe, or without sufficient supporting evidence, may not be eligible for review. We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for: - Minor cosmetic cracking
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Damage caused by incorrect handling or storage after delivery All claims are assessed fairly and case by case, at our discretion. If you have any concerns about your order, we encourage you to reach out promptly with your order number and details.
