At Burd Eggs, we do things properly — from the way our eggs are produced to the way they’re packed, shipped, and delivered to your door. The policies below are here to keep everything running smoothly and fairly for everyone.

Freshness & Availability
Our eggs are produced in small batches and availability may vary from time to time. If something you’ve ordered isn’t available, we’ll be in touch promptly to arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Pricing & Product Details
We do our best to keep all pricing, product descriptions, and imagery accurate and up to date. As a natural product, minor variations can occur — it’s all part of what makes good eggs, well, good.
Prices may change from time to time without notice.

Orders & Changes
Once an order has been confirmed, we get to work quickly. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Once packed or on the road, we’re unable to make changes.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including in cases of stock limitations or site errors.

Delivery & Responsibility
Deliveries may be completed without a signature where safe to do so. Once your order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility transfers to you.
We recommend bringing your eggs inside and storing them correctly as soon as possible — they’re happiest when treated with care.

Food Safety
Our products are food items and should be handled and stored appropriately after delivery. We can’t take responsibility for issues caused by incorrect handling or storage once your order has arrived.

Fair Use
We ask that all customers engage with our store fairly and respectfully. We reserve the right to restrict service in cases of misuse or abuse.
